(Richard Restrick). This bike was purchased in 1959 when I was fourteen for the sum of 17 guineas and I believe is an Olympic frame. The bike originally had Chater Lea chain rings on Stronglight these were later changed to TA ally rings.
The front wheel is the original Weinmann on Continental hubs as are the brakes and Campag Gran Sport. Regretably the rear wheel had to be replaced. The bars and stem are the original Cinelli and though I still have the original B17 Narrow the leather has split at the rivets and is unusable.
